DEEP FRYING:
Preheat oil temperature in a deep pan at 180 degree Celsius on medium heat. Deep fry the patties until golden brown.
OVEN/ AIR FRYER:
Bake the samosa at 200 degree Celsius pre-heated oven for 7 minutes or until golden brown (turning inbetween at half time).
FRYING PAN:
Fry the samosa in lightly oiled pan on medium low heat until crispy and golden brown.
