Product Storage & Expiry

Cheese (Cheddar / Mozzarella / Slices / Shredded):

We recommend to store the cheese in the freezer as it is of bulk quantity and free of preservatives.

For convenience, you can cut cheddar or mozzarella blocks into 3-4 pieces, freeze separately and then use accordingly.

Similarly, you can make 3-4 packets of shredded cheese, freeze separatly, and then use accordingly.

Expiry up to 8 months 

Cream Cheese:

Recommended to store in the fridge. Will remain fresh for 30-40 days. 

Olives:

For refrigerator- You can shift the olives with brine solution into 4-5 different airtight containers and store in fridge. Will remain fresh up to 2 months. 

For freezer- Drain the brine solution. Shift the olives into 4-5 different containers and cover with 1 inch water and freeze. Defrost before using. Will remain fresh for up to 2-3 months.

Avoid touching with hands / wet or used spoons.

Mushrooms:

After can is opened, refrigerate in airtight glass or plastic container with the brine solution. Will last up to 2 weeks.

If stored in the freezer same way, canned mushrooms can last 1-2 months.

Corn:

After can is opened, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

To freeze, drain the solution, and store in airtight box. It can be stored in freezer for 3 - 4 months.

Jalapenos:

After can/jar is opened, refrigerate in airtight glass or plastic container with the brine solution. Will last up to 2 months.

If stored in the freezer same way, canned jalapenos can last up to 6-8 months.

Ketchup / Chili Garlic / Mayonnaise:

Should be stored in the refrigerator. Will last up to 8 months.

Honey:

Should be stored at room temperature. Expiry of up to 4 years.
